How to Apply
Candidates interested in applying for the Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship must submit their application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Application Process
Applicants must have completed an ACGME accredited residency program, an AOA-approved residency program, a program with ACGME International (ACGME-I) Advanced Specialty Accreditation, or a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)-accredited or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)-accredited residency program located in Canada.
Appointment eligibility for year one of fellowship training requires that fellows must have completed a physical medicine and rehabilitation residency program. Appointment eligibility for year two of fellowship training requires that fellows must have completed the first year of the fellowship, or residency programs in both physical medicine and rehabilitation and pediatrics, or a combined physical medicine and rehabilitation and pediatrics program approved by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pediatrics.
Exceptionally qualified candidates that do not meet initial eligibility criteria may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Requirements
- All application must be submitted through ERAS; paper applications will not be accepted
