Lane Shish and Pooja Srikanth, discuss the University of Minnesota Department of Urology’s international partnership and exchange program with the University of Helsinki. They explain the origins of the partnership, how each delegation spends their week abroad, and the ways in which this reciprocal exchange has benefitted both residency programs.
