The newest addition to the Breast Imaging division, Divya Shenoy, MD, joined the department in January 2026. She grew up in Ohio/West Virginia until she was ten years old, and then spent the rest of her childhood in Mississippi.

Having completed her residency at the University of Minnesota, she says returning to the Department of Radiology as faculty is like coming home. Dr. Shenoy loves taking care of patients and is passionate about women’s health and screening, as it is one of the few tools we have in medicine to catch things early. “In Breast Imaging, we are usually delivering good news and reassurance,” she says. Dr. Shenoy is also excited about being able to work with residents and medical students.

When she’s not taking care of patients, Dr. Shenoy can be found chasing her toddler, spending time with her husband, Daniel Zarama (Interventional Radiology division), and little sister, or Facetiming her mom.
