Summary

Dr. Karachunski is an Assistant Professor who has extensive training in clinical neurology in which he has received board certification with special expertise in pediatric neurology. He also received certification in neuromuscular medicine which allowed him to develop special expertise in clinical management of patients with various muscle disorders. This expertise positions him well in a collaborative effort and especially translating novel therapeutic approaches for treatment of muscular dystrophies. In addition, he has received training in clinical research at the University of Minnesota Clinical School of Public Health, which was a part of his fellowship awarded  by Muscular Dystrophy Association.
