The Program in Health Disparities Research addresses health disparities among communities most affected by health inequities by engaging them in initiatives to reduce these inequities.

Community Dialogue Series - University of Minnesota health experts engage the community in discussion and share information on health topics. There are currently no community dialogue series planned. Community-Centered Dissemination Toolkit - A collaboration between the Program in Health Disparities Research (PHDR) and the Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s (CTSI) Community Engagement to Advance Research and Community Health (CEARCH), the Community-Centered Dissemination (CCD) Toolkit is created to help community and academic research partners plan their dissemination strategies.
