I am passionate about the art and science of voice. I specialize in assessment and treatment of patients with a wide range of voice and breathing concerns, and I love helping patients get better – especially reducing or eliminating symptoms that have persisted for years despite prior treatment.
My own experience with a vocal injury and rehabilitation inspired me to pursue a career as a voice specialist and continues to shape how I show up for my patients. I strive to foster a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment that promotes learning and healing. My clinical approach is informed by a strong interest in the mind‑body connection and the role of the nervous system in voice and breathing, as well as staying up to date on the latest research. I also draw on my background as a singer and performer, including years of improvised comedy, to incorporate play, presence, and creative problem‑solving into the therapeutic process.
I help patients build sensory awareness, self-efficacy, and sustainable strategies to aid in finding and maintaining their healthiest, most authentic voice, and so they can return to the activities that matter to them.
