Mindful Moment (15 min): Short experiential sessions introducing mindfulness or positive psychology tools to help with stress.
Join a Mindful Moment session! Continuing Tuesday, March 9, the Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness Program will resume its free Mindful Moment webinars on Tuesday mornings. These 15-minute experiential mindfulness and positive psychology virtual sessions teach stress-reduction skills and are available to all.
