I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. I earned my BA in Biology from Columbia University. I completed my Medical Degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and my Psychiatry Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
My primary goal is to help patients feel understood and seen in their journey towards mental wellness. I approach every patient holistically, considering all factors that go into mental health, including but not limited to life experiences, current living environment and stressors, cultural background, personality traits, and the biological underpinnings of physical and mental health. I see patients with a variety of concerns, including depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and more.
