Turnaround

• Standard Turnaround– 24-48 hours - Posters submitted by 10am are typically printed by 4:30pm the next working day.
• Same Day Rush– Posters needed in less than 24 hours are subject to a $35 rush fee
• Half Day Rush– Posters needed in 4 business hours or less are subject to a $55 rush fee

Order Completion & Pickup Policy

• All orders are ready by 4:30 p.m. on your selected due date.  We can not and do not promise specific pickup times (e.g., Noon).
• Need it earlier? If you need your poster for a morning event, you need to select a prior business day as your due date.
  • Example: Need a poster for Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.? Select Tuesday as your due date.

Business Hours & Processing

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Closed weekends/holidays).
• After Hours: Orders submitted outside business hours are treated as received at 9:00 a.m. the next business day.

Rush Fees Rush fees are applied automatically based on the time remaining between your submission and the 4:30 p.m. deadline.

• < 8 Business Hours: $35 fee (Same Day Rush)
• < 4 Business Hours: $55 fee (Half Day Rush)
• Note: Paying a rush fee does not upgrade you to "priority status" or speed up the process; it simply covers the cost of integrating a late order into the daily workflow to meet the 4:30 p.m. deadline.

Due to trimming constraints, we accept posters up to 72" on the long edge.

If your poster is longer than 72" on the longest edge but is exactly 60" (cloth), or 50" (standard semi-gloss) wide, we will also accept. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding sizing.

Travel Tubes are basic cardboard telescoping mailing tubes to keep your poster safe while traveling.

• Adobe Acrobat (PDF) - Preferred

We strongly advise submitting a PDF for the best printing results and to minimize the potential for formatting errors.

Other file types we accept:

• Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT)
• Various Image formats (jpeg, tiff, png)

Before submitting your file, please carefully review the following:

• Correct File: Ensure you are uploading the final and correct file intended for printing.
• File Size: Confirm that the file is sized correctly to match the required dimensions.
• Appearance: Review the file’s layout, formatting, and overall appearance to make sure it looks exactly as you want it printed. We recommend viewing your content at 100% zoom magnification to get an accurate representation of print quality.

Any changes to your file after submission may delay the printing of your order and/or result in additional costs. Please verify your file thoroughly before uploading.
