Congratulations to our Department of Surgery 2020 inductees to the Academies for Excellence!  

The Academies for Excellence recognizes outstanding faculty in the areas of scientific research, educational scholarship, clinical practice, and team science. The Department of Surgery is represented by a faculty member in each of the four categories. The criteria for induction is very competitive, recognizing the most distinguished health scientists and educators at the University of Minnesota.
