Duluth Faculty Council (DFC)
The Duluth Faculty Council advises the regional campus dean on matters regarding the campus budget, as well as undergraduate and graduate education, faculty, and research issues pertaining to the Duluth campus. The role of the Duluth Faculty Council is to provide a forum for Duluth faculty to meet as a school to discuss current topics of interest or concern and hear updates from campus leadership about faculty relevant issues. Faculty are encouraged to request that items be added to the agenda. The DFC faculty will also be encouraged to participate as they are able to in team building activities around service to the greater Duluth community.

Council Members
The voting membership of the DFC consists of all faculty members who have at least a 25% 94XX (job code) primary appointment in a Duluth department.

Meeting Frequency
There will be a maximum of 12 meetings per year (1/month) with a minimum of 9 meetings per year. Co-chairs reserve the right to cancel a scheduled meeting or schedule an interim meeting.
