Department Chairs Council (DCC)

The Department Chairs Council is advisory to the dean with respect to research, education, clinical service, budget, strategic planning, and other aspects of the Medical School’s mission and operation, particularly with respect to the allocation of funds for salary increases and for the allocation and expenditure of the various resources of the Medical School. The standing subcommittees of the Department Chairs Council are the Basic Science Chairs Council (BSCC) and the Clinical Science Chairs Council (CSCC).
