  • Virtual Short Term Career Coaching | Are you stuck on something? Having trouble with time management? Dealing with a difficult colleague? Trying to make a decision about something? Need some strategies on how to ask for something? Coaching may help. Associate Dean Termuhlen is offering open hours each week for faculty members for coaching designed to tackle specific concerns.

Virtual Short Term Career Coaching

Are you stuck on something? Having trouble with time management? Dealing with a difficult colleague? Trying to make a decision about something? Need some strategies on how to ask for something? Coaching may help. Coaching is different from mentoring or advising in that a coach helps you think of different perspectives and works with you to identify solutions to what is blocking you. Dr. Termuhlen is a International Coach Federation Approved Coaching Training Program (ICF ACTP) trained coach and is offering up open hours each week for faculty members for coaching designed to tackle specific concerns that can be handled in a shorter time frame than typical coaching, which often lasts months to years.
