Medical School Department DEI Representatives
Each department at the University of Minnesota Medical School has a faculty and staff representatives who advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion practices within their department. They relay pertinent information, support DEI growth and development, and stay connected to our office.

How to connect:
WHO: If you work within the scope of DEI in your department, we would love for you to connect with this group! Open to all within the Medical School.
WHAT: Attend our monthly DEI Department Rep meetings. This is a space where DEI-centered staff and faculty across the Medical School share resources, trade ideas, and create community in the challenging but fulfilling work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
