Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI) / Early Career Research Award (ECRA)

CTSI/ECRA strives to increase the diversity of our tenure-track faculty & provides dedicated funding to support recruiting early career research faculty who are underrepresented in medicine (URiM).

HELM
Health Equity Leadership & Mentoring Program (HELM)

HELM's mission is to enhance the academic excellence and leadership capacity of diverse faculty and health disparities researchers at the University of Minnesota to reduce health inequities.

SERC
Salary Equity Review Committee (SERC)

SERC examines salary data for paid faculty in basic science departments, oversees department-level salary equity reviews, & performs salary reviews on behalf of faculty members appealing departmental & human resources reviews.

CWIMS
Center For Women In Medicine & Science (CWIMS)

CWIMS supports and facilitates leadership and professional development opportunities to achieve gender equity, diversity, and inclusion, and aims to create supportive institutional collaborations and infrastructures to ensure gender equity.
