Early Career Research Award

CTSI/ECRA strives to increase the diversity of our tenure-track faculty & provides dedicated funding to support recruiting early career research faculty who are underrepresented in medicine (URiM).

HELM

HELM's mission is to enhance the academic excellence and leadership capacity of diverse faculty and health disparities researchers at the University of Minnesota to reduce health inequities.

SERC

SERC examines salary data for paid faculty in basic science departments, oversees department-level salary equity reviews, & performs salary reviews on behalf of faculty members appealing departmental & human resources reviews.

CWIMS

CWIMS supports and facilitates leadership and professional development opportunities to achieve gender equity, diversity, and inclusion, and aims to create supportive institutional collaborations and infrastructures to ensure gender equity.

SADI

Staff Advancing Diversity & Inclusion (SADI)

The Staff Advancing Diversity & Inclusion (SADI) Committee’s goal is to become the one-stop resource for staff DEI events, development opportunities, content, and more. We aim to identify, create, and support initiatives to advance the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion for Medical School staff, both on the Twin Cities and Duluth campuses. Learn more!
