Debbie Pestka, PharmD, PhD

Dr. Pestka is a pharmacist and learning health systems researcher. She holds a joint appointment with the University of Minnesota in the Department of Surgery and Center for Learning Health System Sciences, as well as the Center for Care Delivery and Outcomes Research at the Minneapolis VA. Dr. Pestka’s research focuses on addressing research questions generated from practice and implementing the findings into routine care to continuously refine and improve health care delivery and outcomes. In addition, Dr. Pestka continues to work as a pharmacist in the community pharmacy setting.
