Mallery Olsen, MD

Dr. Olsen received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She then completed a Pediatric Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC, a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the University of Wisconsin and then a specialized Pediatric Sarcoma Fellowship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Before joining the faculty at the University of Minnesota, she was a staff physician at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Clinically, Dr. Olsen is focused on caring for children with solid tumors with a special interest in high-risk sarcoma care. Her research interests include leading clinical trials and partnering with her colleagues in the lab to bring immunotherapy sarcoma concepts to early phase clinical trials.
