Dr. William Long is a pediatric cardiologist specializing in congenital heart disease and pediatric cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). He completed his Master of Science in Medical Science at Boston University School of Medicine and received his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Long completed his categorical pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota, MHealth Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital, followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. His research focuses on evaluating free-breathing cardiac MRI techniques using deep learning reconstruction in pediatric patients with congenital heart disease.
