Directions to UMMS CentraCare Regional Campus St.Cloud

From Twin Cities


(Approx. 1 hour 14 minutes)

This route is approximately 76 miles and primarily uses I-94 West and MN-15 North.
Address: 1600 County Road 134, St. Cloud, MN 56303

  1. Take I-94 West.
  2. Continue on I-94 West for about 60 miles.
  3. Take Minnesota Highway 15 North toward St. Cloud (Exit 167B).
  4. Continue on Minnesota Highway 15 North for about 6 miles.
  5. Take County Road 120 exit (sign says Sartell).
  6. Turn left onto County Road 120 (this will take you over Minnesota Highway 15).
  7. Continue on County Road 120 through the first roundabout.
  8. Take the next roundabout to County Road 134 South (third exit of roundabout ).
  9. Continue past CentraCare Plaza.
  10. Turn left to arrive at the medical school campus.
  11. Park in the parking lot and enter through the main door.

From Duluth


(Approx. 2 hours 35 minutes)

This route is approximately 151 miles and primarily uses I-35 South and MN-23 West.

Part 1: Duluth to Interstate 35

  1. Head southeast toward University Dr.
  2. Turn right onto University Dr.
  3. Turn left onto W College St.
  4. Turn right onto Woodland Ave.
  5. Turn left onto N 21st Ave E.
  6. Take the ramp and merge onto I-35 S. 

Part 2: I-35 South to MN-23 West

  1. Merge onto I-35 S and continue south for about 78 miles.
  2. Take Exit 180 for MN-23 W/Pine Cnty 61 toward Mora.
  3. Turn right onto MN-23 W.
  4. Continue on MN-23 W/MN-65 S for a short distance, then turn right onto MN-23 W (sign will point toward Foley/St. Cloud).

Part 3: Approaching St. Cloud and CentraCare

  1. Continue on MN-23 W (it may turn into MN-23 Trunk). Follow MN-23 through Foley and into the St. Cloud area.
  2. Once you are in the St. Cloud area (near the intersection with MN-15):
    -Take the exit for MN-15 S (signs for Sauk Rapids/W St Cloud).
    -Take the Cty 120 exit.
    -Keep right to merge onto Co Hwy 120/Co Rd 120.
  3. At the traffic circle (roundabout), take the 1st exit and stay on Co Hwy 120/Co Rd 120.
  4. At the next traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Co Hwy 134/Co Rd 134.
  5. Turn left (you should see signs for the CentraCare Health Plaza).
  6. Turn right. You will arrive at the CentraCare Regional Campus at 1600 County Rd 134.
