On Friday, March 15, we learned who matched into our family medicine residency programs

In the vast and light-filled hall of McNamara Alumni Center on Friday, March 15, amid excited glances, hushed voices, and an air of anticipation, hundreds of medical students opened the envelopes that held their fate. A maelstrom of emotions swept through on Match Day as the University of Minnesota Medical School students learned collectively where they would spend the next few years of residency.

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health filled all of its residency positions this year and is eager to welcome new residents into its family medicine residency programs in June!
