Jamie Feldman, MD, PhD (she/her) is faculty in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health (ISGH), University of Minnesota. She specializes in sexual medicine and transgender health, providing puberty suppression and gender-affirming hormone therapy for over twenty-five years. Dr. Feldman is a co-author of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health's (WPATH) Standards of Care, Version 8, and has published extensively on health and health care for transgender and gender-diverse people. She directs the Department’s Sexual Medicine Course, and educates providers nationally and internationally. Dr. Feldman’s advocacy efforts focus on changes inresearch and health care policy affecting transgender and gender-diverse people.
