Biography

Bio

Rosa Marroquin, MD, is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School. She had a diverse and thriving community practice at Park Nicollet Clinic, Brooklyn Center before joining Medical Student Education. Dr. Marroquin was awarded a 2004 Bush Medical Fellowship studying medical anthropology with a focus on the intersection of culture, faith, and healing. Her interests include bringing health equity and cultural awareness to all aspects of her work and life. She is past foundation president for the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians.  She is the director for Community Preceptor Outreach in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, Medical Student Education. She is also part of the Assessment and Coaching Expert (ACE) Team in the University of Minnesota Medical School.
