I am the inaugural program director for the Grand Rapids Rural Family Medicine Residency Program. We are building this program with a collaboration between Fairview Health and the University of Minnesota. I am also in leadership development and mentorship, and I have a strong interest and experience in clinical quality improvement. I especially like finding the connections between how we treat/change the lives of our patients and applying those same principals to education and leadership.
