Summary
Dr. Parrisha Roane is an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Hospitalist at the University of Minnesota and former Chief Resident of the University of Minnesota Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Combined Residency Program. Her primary interests include advocating for health equity in medicine, inclusive healthcare systems, and learner development within medical education. She is also interested in the intersection between art and medicine, and was on the curatorial board for the Emmy-winning production "Art + Medicine: Speaking of Race."
