Catalog Description: The Outpatient Selective is a two week required course in the Clinical Immersion Phase of the curriculum. The course can be completed in a variety of specialties and subspecialities available in the catalog: some in primary care and some in specialty care. In the course, students will work with physicians and their clinic teams to provide care in the ambulatory environment. The work will allow students to learn more about the most environment where healthcare is delivered: the ambulatory setting.
