Summer Internship in Medicine (SIM)

Catalog description: The SIM Program occurs between years one and two (typically July and August). Students are placed in rural communities to gain exposure to rural medicine and to experience life as a rural health professional. Urban sites are also available typically with an underserved/minority opportunities.
