As School Begins, Dr. Pitt Talks About the Dangers of Bullying
Dr. Michael Pitt is using his experience of bullying to shape his work as a pediatrician. “As part of the adolescent curriculum at the University of Minnesota, we talk about bullying and ways for pediatricians to be advocates outside of the medical setting,” he said. Dr. Pitt has admitted that he himself had bullied another boy when he was a kid. But now he is trying to right that wrong.
