Dr. Hamlar specializes in craniofacial and skull base surgery. He prides his work on helping patients facing difficult to remove cranial base tumors and disfiguring traumatic injuries to restore them to an acceptable cosmetic and functional lifestyle.
He provides the full breadth of plastic and reconstructive surgical options for my patients. From newborns with cleft lips and palates to cancer patients requiring free tissue transfer; from skull base tumors only accessible with minimally invasive techniques to restoring form and function to injured patients This has been reinforced through my military career taking care of our wounded men and women, as well as humanitarian missions taking care of those who otherwise would not receive care.
In addition, he works with high school, college, and professional sports teams to enhance and return them to full active participation in their respective sports.
