Sabine P. Schmid is a clinical faculty member in the department’s Mood Disorders Program, which investigates and provides novel treatments for various presentations of mood disorders. Her interests include diagnosis and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Dr. Schmid maintains a great passion for clinical training and mentoring. She has taught classes in psychopathology, evidence-based treatment and clinical research, and enjoys working with practicum students, psychology interns, psychiatry residents and post-doctoral fellows.
