HeLIX Health Disparities/Social Determinants of Health

Catalog Description: Students will have didactic sessions which emphasize the underpinnings of health disparities, social determinants of health, and utilizing public policy to address those issues. In addition, students will participate in a multidisciplinary project addressing one specific issue/goal and present their work and results in some form (poster, publication, etc).
