Catalog Description: This interprofessional elective prepares you to understand the health system in which you will work. Using the AMA’s Health Systems Science (HSS) textbook, we will cover each of the 12 domains and the concept of systems citizenship.

Typical weekly schedule/Delivery Mode:  Expect two days a week of synchronous content (format includes both in person days at UMN and virtual sessions). Synchronous content will include small group discussions of leadership and Health System Science (HSS) topics. Remainder of time for posting reflections and assigned readings/viewings/work on your chosen HSS domain presentation.
